The cutoff date is printed on each bill regardless of eligibility for disconnection. Please contact the office if you have questions regarding the cutoff date. Cutoffs are done every month on a different date. It is generally within the last week of the month.
Payment Due Dates
We mail all of the bills the 1st of the month, and payments are due by the 20th of the month. Please be aware, that the post office has made announcement that two day mail will be taking about five days. You can always check your balance using the link to http://www.msezpay.com. This website can let you see your balance and account history.
